         The first important thing of choosing the running shoes is to make you feel comfortable during the running. The second is to avoid getting injured during the sport. After you get the running shoes, you can decide your running time, morning or afternoon.
         Before start running, do some stretching to avoid injury. After stretching up, you can start by walking for few minutes (for those who seldom do running). After that try little running, when you get easy with that, do running. You can set timetable of running, daily, every other day, or twice a week. It depends on your busy time.
