check your sleeping time
We will get body fit when we have adequate and quality
sleeping time. Besides, brighter skin look and more charming performance. But,
what will happen to our body if we have less time to sleep? Here is the answer,
- First, lack of sleeping time will simply impact to our skin. Our skin will look dry and hazy. Because skin will decrease natural moist so that simply peeled-off.
- Second, lack of sleeping effects to appear mild wrinkle to skin. If you are curious, here is the fact. When we are sleeping, body will release metanonin, the natural anti-oxidant. If body does not have enough anti-oxidant like metanonin, thus in effect of free radicals appearance that causes mild facial wrinkle or fold like wrinkle on skin.
- Third, acne will appear more often in case of lack of sleeping than having enough sleeping time. Fatigue causes level stress of hormone, like cortisol, increase sharply. That’s why we need enough sleeping time. When the level reaches or stays in high level, the risk of inflammation and bulging skin will automatically trigger the acne to appear on your skin.
- Fourth, the other impact of lack of sleeping is swollen around eyes area and thick eye-bag . It happens on and on since the sharp increase of cortisol, level stress of hormone. When cortisol increase sharply, our body will resist to hold water. The thinnest and most vulnerable of human skin is eyelid, it is simply seen the impact of lack of sleeping.
- The last, the lack of sleeping will impact to body weight increased unconsciously. How come? Too much sleeping disturbance causes our body release too much ghrelin, the hormone that trigger us to feel hungry. That’s why our body unable to produce enough leptin, the hormone that tell us “the message” to feel stomach full.
Sleeping is one of lifestyle, but do not make it as a habit.
But regard it is as a need, when someone need it he or she will struggle to get
