Ginger, the health bringer

       Some tropical countries in asia especially southeast asia, have fertile and rich mineral soil. The soil even can grow a stalk by stabbing it onto the soil. Some plants grow inside the soil and some grow on the soil from a seed. One of plants that grow inside the soil is Ginger. It belongs to tubber family. Ginger is healthy since it grows inside the soil and has a lot of benefit. The way you enjoy this foodstuff is by mixing into drink such hot tea, coffee, chocolate and milk. The next can be by adding warm water or boil for some time until the water boiled. Then mix with palm sugar, brown sugar or honey. Furthermore, you can slice it thin, but you must clean it before. Then take palm sugar or brown sugar or honey, slice it. Take one slice of sugar and ginger and chew it, the taste is extremely refreshing. That is for snacking time.
