         Sport is activity that can make us sweaty. If you are annoyed or uncomfortable of your body odour after doing sport, you should go swimming to avoid sweat. Because swimming will not make you sweat too much. It is so refreshing that we will not stop even we soak our body for few hours. Swimming is about balance in moving. Your hands and legs move to different direction at the same time. This will activate your brain awareness. It will bring you to focus on your efforts of floating for survival once you are in the water. It is high level of swimming, endurance. 
         At first we can not swim. We will try to learn swimming from someone else or some will join swimming club at school or swimming club neighbourhood. Men swimming equipment is different from women. A swimmer man just needs short. But a swimmer woman needs swimsuit, breast pad and head cap. Swim googles are additional equipment. There are some styles of swimming e.g breast stroke or butter, free stroke, dolphin style and frog stroke. Each style has level of difficulty, but the simple one is free stroke, in my opinion. It is nice to join swimming club with your friend and you will get more friends if you have more confidence. But If you have little confidence, hire instructur. So you can learn swimming quickly. For those who live in 4 seasons country, you must try swimming in the cold water. It is challenging. Cold water has good effect as well as hot water. If you are used to swim in the cold water, you complete yourself of survival skill. Because cold water strenghten your muscle. Most people spend more time in warm condition during winter. If you like a challenge, you will try swimming in cold water. The point of that is the sport activity. The purpose of sport is to keep both your mind and body health. Thus, swimming in the cold or warm water will give you healthy condition. You would know till you try.
          To try swimming in cold water must have better preparation, because the temperature is below normal and will trigger frosbite which is very dangerous. There are some equipment to assist you prepare for swimming in cold water. You can search or get from product review provided by online shop. Or there are many tips provided in youtube video. Well, to get health is easy but to maintain health is hard. One of efforts is doing sport.
