                Working in a company especially big and famous company, is led by strong characteristic managers. The managers have gone through the work experience for long time. They used to be employee. They know what to do to gain success. These can be tips for you to follow their success.

·         Avoid coming late 

                Traffic jam in big city in rush hour is common sense. But it’s unacceptable reason for long period of your working time. You are supposed to be able to predict your distance and duration from home to office. In order not coming late.

·         Avoid being less initiative 

                Your boss or supervisor or head unit dislike less initiative and order-based employee. Every time you have idea or opinion, you had better deliver to your boss.

·         Avoid complaining

                 Boss hates unsatisfied and complain attitude that come out of his/her employee. Stop complaining in front of your boss, you had better ask solution through a case.

·         Avoid too much mistake 

                Human never miss making mistake anywhere anytime. Especially in job. Your boss hires you to expect good output from you. Too much making mistake or never learn form early mistake, surely it make your boss hate you. Minimize your mistake by doing check and recheck before submitting your report to your boss.

·         Avoid being irritated

                There are some irritated attitude that your boss hate, cynical, non-cooperative, negative, underestimate team mate, and bad-tempered.

·         Avoid being noisy 

                Office is not your private area. Do not raise up your music volume and speak loud on phone. So, create atmospheric job area.

·         Avoid being untidy time management  

                Boss always give task to the employee in deadline. When you can not submit your report or task out of date or late without any reason, beware of your boss’ hatred to you. Finally you are not competent in the task given
