cinnamon, save your sweet life
Sweet
surrounds human lifestyle. Not only experience we feel but also food we cook.
Some people like sweet some doesn’t. But be careful when you eat or drink
something sweet, diabetes is the disease you might suffer from. To avoid
suffering from diabetes, you can try my tips. I am newbie diabetic. I do
therapy of drinking stewed cinnamon. Here is the way of cooking stewed
cinnamon:
- · First, prepare your cinnamon , take 2 finger-size of cinnamon. Wash it out.
- · Second, pour 2 glass of fresh water into the boiling pan. Put the cinnamon into the boiling pan.
- · Third, boil the cinnamon for about 30 minutes or until the water remains 1 glass.
- · The last, pour the hot stewed cinnamon into a glass and ready to drink.
The
taste of stewed cinnamon is tasteless. Do not add any sugar. You may consume
daily or three times a week. It depends on your level of diabetes. It is other
ways to reduce your diabetes besides doing sports. Thus, the best way to avoid
from diabetes is to change your lifestyle. Hopefully it is useful for your
